Hence, in accordance with the Hadith of the Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم: "Fast when you see it (ie crescent of Ramadhan) and break fast when you see it (ie crescent of Shawwal). And if it is cloudy then complete the month (ie Shaabab) to 30 days".
